Introducing Draco

Draco is our resident leopard gecko. He is about 6-7 months hold. He is a favorite around Miles Exotic Pets. If you look at the picture above you will see just how amazing these animal’s eyes are. Leopard geckos get their name from the leopard-like spots that cover the backs of adult leopard geckos. Many geckos lack eyelids, but not leopard geckos! They can even blink and close their eyes while sleeping. Leopard geckos are nocturnal, keeping out of the heat of the day and coming out at night to forage for food. Their tails are used to store fat; they can use this reserve in times of famine when food sources are sparse.

Happy national dog day

Happy national dog day from bones (the big boy) and the Miles Exotic Pet family. Yes we are an exotic pet rescue but we have fur babies too. We love and care for them just like the exotics. All our fur babies are rescues too, just personal rescues. Yes bones is my big baby
